I think I will roughly save 80% of my time when I'm using SlideHub.
We do turnkey office hospitality and educational interior solutions.
For us it's a challenge to share ready-made content.
We're a smaller marketing team so we can't
be involved in all the material that's being
produced company-wide.
Before SlideHub we had a shared folder on our company
drive and then we would upload the templates onto there.
Which also meant that if we had to make any edits to a slide that was
say in four different presentations
we would need to open all of them,
make the edits in all of them and save them again.
My main task is to secure that we are
following our clients all around the world.
Give them the same service no matter
if it's here in Denmark or abroad.
Presentations before SlideHub was very chaotic,
stressful,
time consuming.
After introducing SlideHub I see that we've made it
a lot easier for our sales organisation to actually
create presentations and tender materials and so on.
I see that it really frees up a lot
of time from my colleagues in sales.
That means that they are able to focus more where they add
value to our customers and the projects that we're running.
It's also how I can prepare myself focusing on
other topics than just preparing a presentation.
It is hard to quantify the value that a tool like this
brings but I think I do save a couple of hours every week.
I think the real value of course is for
the users out there for our sales team.
A good case is actually from yesterday where a colleague of mine
contacted me and asked me if I could help them send like a sales team.
The newest presentation,
they were in a new presentation.
They were in a new presentation. They were in a need. They had to jump into a meeting an hour later and I was just
like under normal circumstances before SlideHub I was more,
oh god,
this is stressful.
I need to stop my own work and jump
into finding the latest presentation.
But then by using SlideHub I could actually within seriously
five minutes I could prepare a presentation for them and
send them a deck of ten slides they could use right away.
I also see that we now have an engine for knowledge sharing
so we can actually drive change through this platform.
Whenever we have new content or if we want to do training
in new service offerings that we go to our customers
with we have a platform now for actually driving this and
enabling our colleagues to find the relevant material.
I can now do presentations within a few hours.
Things that took me days before.
It's never fun to launch a new IT system.
People hate it.
Here people were actually excited.
We could tell people paid attention and commented on it and was like,
whoa,
that is really clever.
I look forward to using it.
And I have
launched a lot of IT tools and I haven't seen that before.
