Key assets and shared links combined view
View transcript
Hey, in this video I'll talk about key assets and how you can use the key assets view to send multiple files through the shared link feature. I'll go through how the key assets now work across multiple asset types and how the key assets overview allow sellers or other client facing teams to quickly select multiple files, use shared placeholders and then send the result via the send and track. The goal with this feature is to make it as simple as possible for salespeople or other client facing teams to use the most important parts of the SlideHub platform. So what is a key asset? So a key asset is either a presentation, a document, an Excel file or PDF that a manager on the SlideHub account has picked as something that is the most essential thing to show for end users. When you are in the manager view like I am now, you can see that certain items have this little rocket here indicating it's a key asset. The way you make something a key asset is simply by going to the Edit Asset View here and you can then mark it as key and click update. That gives you that little indication here. The feature works the same for sheets. It also works that way for PDFs. So if I want to go in and make this PDF key, I simply do the same here. Get updated. Get updated. For the end users, the key assets plays a special role. They can now see all key assets in one combined overview. Where they can see a combination of presentations, documents, sheets and PDF in this view here. The view combines both the things that have been selected by the manager's key, but also the things that the rep individual has selected as a favorite asset. In this view, the rep can quickly find the most important assets. They can use it to build a new presentation, some of the presentation builder logic. They can go in and inspect the content and download it as the CFIT. So let's imagine that I want to combine a feature overview with our terms and maybe our data processing agreement. I can pick all three things. I can say generate links. And then what the system does is that it takes me through each of these different assets and ask me to fill out all the required information. So in this first place, I'll just quickly fill out the aspects for the overall contract here. And then go through these things. Then I'll go on to the next document. I'll put this one out. I'll put this one out. Good. Now everything is ready. I click attach file. As you can see, the system isn't preparing all of the files. Then I can give the link a name at the same time. There we go. I can click preview. I can now see I have both the terms and the slide feature overview here. I can click the new features. I can find you. And it only takes me a few clicks and a few placeholders to do all this. So that's basically how the key assets now integrate directly with the shared links in a combined feature that aims to make it even simpler to use. Thanks for your time.
