Hey, in this video I'll show you something we are working on called the Sendant Track. So the concept is that whenever you have created a presentation and you want to distribute it for someone else to view, the idea is that you can prepare a link based on your presentation or Word file where you basically go in, click this little Sendant Track item in the top here and you write a name, example demo, receivers they do not know, password, expiration date. I can then take the, this is the file I'm currently working on, but I can also add other files from SlideHub, for example our document here, if we have some documents we can do that. It can also be PDFs or sheets or whatever. I can add in, I can then do an internal node for ourselves here, test for video. I can give my colleagues a change to join as well. It's all the test account. I then click generate link. It then gives me a link that I can share with the client. I'm going to let them paste in the link. So this is basically what the client would see. In this case, it has the password on it. I'll put in the password and you can see it's, it gives me the file that was sent over in a browser that in many ways like looks like PowerPoint. So for the user, right, they don't have to download any file. I just need to click a link that see it. That also makes it really easy for them to watch it on a mobile phone. If I attach more files, they'll be visible right over here. I can click the other files and, you know, switch to those as well. But it also has the contact information of who created the link. Going back to the person who created the link, you'll see that I have a link overview here of the different links I have created. This is what we just did for the not the real Novo Notisk. It had one file, but you can also see I have multiple other items here with multiple files associated with them. You can see it here that's been viewed one time because I, you know, went in. You can also see I get an indication of the time spent on the slides underneath it. As you can also probably see, there's like a number of different things we need to improve here. One of the things we're working on is the activity overview. You can see, hey, you know, someone just clicked my link. They're currently having a look at it. So it allows me to get some idea about what's going on. I can go and define my notification settings. So when, when do I get information about what type of activity? Is it right away? Do I bundle the notifications up from the people preparing material? It gives you this additional insight. It also allows you to compile a lot of customized documents for each, each customer. And for the people reviewing this, they don't need to download multiple files or input files on their machines. Anyway, they can just click a link and they will see all the relevant files in one sort of combined view.
