SlideHub
Before SlideHub,
keeping the company on brand was
much more manual and reactive for us.
There were many different versions of
presentations circulating internally.
Consultants often recreated slides themselves,
and presentation quality varied a lot
depending on who created the material.
00:22
A brand is only as strong as its individual parts.
Every touchpoint we have,
whether it's a one-to-one conversation with a customer,
a big event,
or a pitch deck,
each of those builds our brand.
With thousands of employees spread across multiple regions,
disciplines,
having some sort of governance becomes vital.
00:47
As a design team,
we spent a significant amount of time reviewing,
fixing,
updating,
and supporting presentation work.
Instead of focusing on strategic and design initiatives.
The biggest challenge was scalability.
01:01
We wanted to create a system where high quality,
on-brand presentations didn't depend on us in
the design team being involved every single time.
What makes a big difference is that people now trust the system.
They know that when the content that is available in SlideHub,
that it is curated, approved, and ready to use.
Which removes a lot of uncertainty.
01:30
One of our marketing designers sort of inadvertently
encapsulated it quite well when she mentioned
that she now barely works with SlideX anymore.
It has become a self-service tool that removes
the need for asking designers for help.
And it gives the designers the chance
to work on more high priority assets.
01:58
One of the biggest changes is that
baseline quality is now consistently high,
regardless of who creates the presentation.
That was much harder to achieve before.
It removes a big layer of uncertainty.
I can focus fully on the client conversation instead.
It gives a lot of confidence in meetings.
02:16
Knowing that slides are aligned with the latest version and branding.
And that I even got notified if something is outdated.
So AI has probably been one of the biggest shifts.
Being able to generate slides or even full presentations
from a simple text prompt and having them automatically.
And they are also aligned with the Today Brown.
This has changed how I prepare completely.
02:45
Instead of starting from scratch,
I start with the solid first draft and then I refine it.
AI has saved me a lot of time and
lowered the barrier for getting started.
I think the important part is that the AI works because the
design system and governance structure already exists in the tool.
I think the first time was when I
had a client meeting on short notice.
03:10
I was able to pull together a completely high quality
presentation in a fraction of the time it would normally take.
And without losing any quality.
It really clicked for me that this tool will change my work a lot.
When creating a presentation,
time should be spent on storytelling and nothing else.
Sitting and redoing the same thing
over and over adds no actual value.
03:34
SlideHub completely removes that stuff.
The value is very clear even without putting exact numbers on it.
We spend a lot less time correcting material that already exists.
The presentation prep has become faster,
quality is much more consistent and the design team can
focus more on strategic and creative work instead of fixes.
For me,
the biggest value is probably that good design and strong
brand execution have become scalable across the organization.
04:07
I would say that SlideHub makes it possible to scale high
quality presentations and branded communication across
the organization.
It often feels like working with an extension
of our own team rather than an external vendor.
