Hey there, this is Luke.
I'm a Customer Success Manager here at SlideHub.
And today I wanted to show you how
to use SlideHub from a browser view,
which has all the functionality as if
you were to be using it in PowerPoint.
So there are these two experiences.
00:16
You can use SlideHub through PowerPoint.
In that actual environment,
you can open up the dashboard much like this,
but within the actual file.
Or you can access it from a browser,
which is what we're looking at right now.
So what I was going to show you is how to choose individual slides,
build them into a downloaded file.
00:37
Then I can show you how to download inspiration
slides and also use the AI Text-to-Slide feature.
And lastly,
also give you a flavor of what it looks like to be an
admin running the SlideHub account from the browser view.
So if we start here, what we're looking at is
Acme Logistics.
00:56
It is a logistics company.
It's a pretend demo account.
And we can see here on the left of its SlideHub,
there are categories for specific slides.
Under Company Introduction,
there is some About Us slides.
I can select these two.
01:12
Maybe also the milestones for the company history.
Also under Sustainability,
I like the commitment to net zero.
And then also in the
category of all services,
I can pick and choose from this entire category.
Or I can also subcategorize down to Airfreight,
for example.
01:31
And I can select these two slides here.
And then let's say I want to finish up this deck,
I would go to the contact slide and have the
last slide as maybe the EMEA investor contacts.
I click download.
It stitches these seven slides together
into a working PowerPoint file,
like so.
01:52
Combines them all for me.
So they are chosen in the order that I selected them.
About Us, Milestones,
Sustainability, and so on and so forth.
As you can see,
super straightforward,
super quick to access your company material
in a centralized library on browser,
and then download them as an end user to build a deck.
02:17
Outside of Company Slides.
Outside of Company Slides.
There is also, of course, Inspiration Slides.
These are categorized in much the same way,
you know,
they're by type of slide.
And then if we look at bullet point slides,
we can also further
subcategorize them by ones which appear horizontally,
and also tagged,
maybe for example,
those that have cycle elements in them.
02:42
If we just detour up here to the right,
we can basically see that the master colors for Acme Logistics,
i.e.
the color palette and the font,
are pegged against the Inspiration Slides.
Which means as I download this from the browser,
it says Adjust and Download.
02:59
Which means that the slide that's being downloaded will be
downloaded in Acme Logistics colors that have been pre-selected,
and then also the layout that has been pre-selected.
See here, the logo is in the top, for example.
Once again,
super straightforward and super easy.
Now what it looks like to use the AI Text to Slide feature.
03:22
We can click on here on the top right.
If I move my head, actually, it's a little big.
Let's see right there at the top.
Yeah. So now I can choose a layout,
for example,
that I want to input data in.
The first thing I would do is how should AI optimize
the slide.
03:41
What I'm going to put in here is quantitative data.
So I want the exact text to be preserved.
Click on that.
And then I can take this table of data
into the prompt input,
which is Novo Nordus'
profit to earnings ratio, like so.
04:02
And then I would click on Find Layout.
Bring my face down.
So what SlideHub does automatically when you do it this way around,
is that it searches the inspiration slide library to find slide
layouts that it thinks match the input that you've put in.
Then what it does is it takes the data,
it takes the table that you've made,
it takes any elements that you've put in there,
basically,
and then it creates a slide using that layout.
04:32
In this case,
we've asked for quantitative data,
and then we've also
chose on the layout a summary table.
So then this is what it looks like, right?
We actually have a little red box
here that tells us what's been done.
04:47
It's condensed detailed data into a
summary stating highlights of the data,
for example,
and then put the data in a summary here.
It's also given us a title and then a title for the table.
That's one way of doing it.
SlideHub suggests the layout for you.
05:07
Or you can choose the layout.
You can start.
So let's say we like the look of this layout up here.
There's a little button just next to it that is the AI feature.
I can click on that.
The layout is now pre-chosen.
I want to change the format to detailed slide.
05:27
I can click on that.
And then this is the slide that has
been chosen and I can put in this text.
So here's just an example text.
I want the slide to talk about last mile delivery,
delivery reliability,
logistics next work,
and a short summary how we're improving through technology,
for example.
05:47
And then I would generate the slide.
So in this case,
it finds us icons.
It also coordinates the text into a fashion that looks presentable
under each column and summary that we chose in the layout.
But then it also finds images for us in this case from Unsplash.
So the royalty free image bank plugin that is included in SlideHub.
06:14
And then it stitches this all together into a
slide that's generated using the AI feature.
So it's just finding images.
One of the last steps for it.
Reviews that content,
fine tunes it,
and then we can download it like so.
06:34
So on top of building a presentation as we've done,
we've also very quickly made something within
company colors using an inspiration slide.
And we've also built two slides using the AI feature like so.
So we can see a title once again under the layout.
And then we can see pictures that have chosen
first for the last mile delivery and then the logistics network.
06:57
As an end user,
as someone who uses this feature,
I can now,
of course,
tweak the slides
in PowerPoint.
I still have that luxury.
07:07
And in this case,
you know,
I think maybe the text is a little bit too big in the description.
So I can just go ahead and fine tune it.
I still have that autonomy as someone
building a presentation as a consultant.
So yeah,
also super straightforward and,
you know,
adds a lot of efficiency to the process.
07:27
And lastly,
I want to show you what it looks like from the admin experience,
which we can also go into much more detail in admin sessions that
I do when I train and advise clients on how to use the features.
Short of that, though,
you know,
our AI tool is very quickly being produced and finalized.
07:46
And now it's currently in beta,
which means that we value a lot of feedback from clients.
I think this content was very good.
So I can just submit a five star.
Now, as an admin,
as opposed to an end user,
I have options to click on this little button here,
which is go to manage view,
which essentially takes me to the back end.
08:07
And I can do all the things that I would want to do as an admin.
Like,
for example,
I can take these three slides,
I can click the update button,
I can put them into a new category,
whatever it might be, right?
I can decide what the library looks like,
and I have full autonomy to do that.
08:27
I can add presentations, I can add slides,
I can update pre existing slides if there are any changes.
You know,
I mean,
I can do everything,
I can also change what the inspiration color template looks like.
I can add in things like placeholders,
and so on and so forth.
08:45
So,
you know,
a lot to be able to do on the on the browser.
So yeah, thanks for your time.
And I hope you enjoyed it and have a nice day.
