This February we’ve introduced several powerful updates to help you work smarter, reduce manual input, and gain deeper insights into platform usage. In this video, we’ll walk you through the latest improvements, including: Personal Placeholders – Save time by automatically filling in frequently used details like name, role, and email when downloading files. Team-Level Insights in Statistics – Filter platform statistics by team(s) across all tabs for a clearer view of asset usage and team activity. Automated Image Cropping – Replace images faster with automatic cropping that ensures a perfect fit. Disable Slide Warnings – Reduce unnecessary version alerts for slides or presentations that are regularly updated, such as "inspiration-like" slides. With this update, we’ve streamlined multiple aspects of the task pane, including improving version control, simplifying the structure, and making it more intuitive and user-friendly. In this video we will cover 5 new features recently added: END USER FEATURES: - Automatic open PowerPoint add-in to track slide versions: Default start when opening a document that was previously opened while using SlideHub if SlideHub is installed). This can be turned off company level / user level. - New placement of the Contribute button in the UI - The PowerPoint Add-In is now also available within MS Team MANAGER FEATURES: - Manage company inserting defaults: Determine the default template when inserting slides from company library - Directory Sync in addition to SSO: Allows account managers to have selected parts or the full advice directory to be synched with SlideHub • Automated creation of new users • Automated deletion of users leaving the active directory • Automatically assign roles to users based on their groups in the AD • Automatically add users to SlideHub teams based on their roles in the AD Please let us know if you have any ideas on how we can improve our product, nothing is too big or too small so reach out to us at success@slidehub.io
